EBook “Age Re-Defined”

In January, 2013 my eBook, “Age Re-Defined: Take Control of Your Health, How You Feel, And How You Look – Even In Your Forties & Fifties was published (through Publish Green, a division of Hillcrest Media).

Since then, I’ve done videos for eHow.com, guest blog posts and videos for numerous blogs, a couple of fitness articles for major websites, and have evaluated and edited hundreds of fitness articles for major websites. I’ve also appeared twice on Internet Radio.

In editing and writing the articles for other sites and in preparing for my appearances on Internet Radio, I had occasion to fire up my Kindle and refer to my eBook. Every time I’ve done so, I have been struck by how much information is in my eBook, “Age Re-Defined”.

The contents of “Age Re-Defined” include details of my own health, fitness, and wellness journey, a long chapter on Nutrition (Contributor: Deborah Klein, MS, RD, author of “The 200 SuperFoods That Will Save Your Life” and a practicing dietician), chapters on Wellness, The Mind-Body Connection, The Many Benefits of Exercise, Not All Exercise Is Created Equal, My Philosophy of Exercise, and more. Themes include being proactive about your own health and wellness, and the natural anti-aging benefits of a healthy and fit lifestyle.

I am an attorney, a jet pilot, and the holder of four nationally recognized certifications in fitness, nutrition, and wellness. I was lean and healthy for many years and worked out regularly (although, overall, not as intensely as now). In my early 50s, I experienced a rise in body fat and negative changes in my health profile. Through increased exercise and healthy eating habits alone (and with the help of an awesome trainer), I was able to reverse those negative changes without the need for any medication. It’s all in the eBook.

If “Age Re-Defined” continues to be a resource for me as a paid fitness editor and writer and in connection with fitness media appearances, I’m sure it will be a resource for YOU, too. Writing it served as more than enough continuing education / publication credits to renew one of my fitness certifications. I believe that even a certified fitness professional can benefit from reading “Age Re-Defined”.  (So could that fitness pro’s clients.)

It’s available through Amazon, Barnes & Noble, iBookstore, Sony/Kobo, and more.

Need information? Need motivation? They’re in the eBook.
