Get Lean In 2013

My e-book, “Age Re-Defined”. I write about my own fitness journey and about health, fitness, nutrition, and wellness.

2009, age 53, after losing about 26 pounds and a few inches off the waist. Taken at the Santa Monica Stairs.

Happy New Year!

The commitent to exercise is mental. Exercise itself is both mental and physical, and the benefits of exercise are both mental and physical. Lack of exercise, being overweight, and obesity are major causes of illness in much of the world (according to the World Health Organization and other sources), including here in the United States.

If you are overweight, make twenty thirteen your year to become lean. Losing excess body fat reduces your risk for potentially serious health issues and improves your overall wellness.

Remember what I like to say: “Your state of health, how you feel, and how you look are more within your control than you think.”

Here at Robert Henry Fitness, we can help with our in-person or online Personal Training progaram, our in-person or online Fitness Nutrition program, or our in-person or online Wellness Coaching program. Whether you choose us or not, make 2013 your year to become lean and your year to be proactive about your own health.
