Health & Fitness After 50

Much of what I come across online and elsewhere underestimates what is achievable in health and fitness for persons in their fifties.

If your self-talk is negative, your results will be negative. When I was 52, a doctor said to me: “You’re not getting any younger.” Actually, through diet and exercise (and with the help of an awesome trainer), I did then proceed to get younger, to turn back the clock, and to become more fit than ever. Your fifties can be an awesome decade for health and fitness.
